False-positive tuning
We profile every camera against the things you actually want to see. Cars on the road get ignored. People in the driveway don't. We update the rules continuously.
You don't need 47 alerts a day for the wind. You need to know when someone's actually at the door. We tune your cameras, redundantly back up the footage, and send you a weekly summary of what mattered — so cameras stop being noise.
Most camera systems are either expensive cloud subscriptions that own your footage, or DIY rigs that drown you in false positives. We picked a third option.

Every Monday: a one-page email of what your cameras saw, the events that mattered, and any health issues we flagged. No scrubbing through hours of footage.
Footage stays on your NVR (UniFi Protect, Frigate, Synology — your choice). Important events back up to encrypted cloud automatically. If a camera or hard drive dies, you don't lose what mattered.
15 minutes screen-share or in-person. We look at what you have, count the false alerts, check the storage, and tell you whether to add or replace. No judgment if it's a Wyze.
If your gear is good, we just tune it. If you need more, we'll quote add-ons or a fresh design. Frigate or UniFi Protect for most homes; Synology Surveillance Station for bigger setups.
Each month we tune, patch firmware, validate backups, and email you the summary. If something stops working overnight, we know before you do.
Most cloud-camera plans charge per camera per month. We charge a flat fee for managing the system. Footage stays local on hardware you own.
Up to 4 cameras. Apartment, small home, single building.
Up to 12 cameras. Most homes land here.
12+ cameras, multiple buildings, retail, STR portfolios.
We design with chain-of-custody in mind: timestamped, hash-verified clips, exported with a signed manifest. We can't promise outcomes — that's up to your local prosecutor — but we won't be the reason it gets thrown out. Details in our service agreement.
We can manage them, but the cloud-only architecture means we have less to work with than open systems. We'll usually recommend migrating to Frigate or UniFi Protect over time. Your call.
Footage stays on your NVR. We see what we need to manage the system — health, alerts, configs — and that's it. We never sell footage and we'll never train AI on it. Hard rule.
Yes — pair this with our Managed Home Assistant line and "front door has a person between 10pm and 6am" can flip on the porch light, ping you, and start a higher-resolution recording.
Quoted separately. Typical home: $799–$3,999 depending on cabling, camera count, and whether we need an NVR. We prefer wired PoE; we'll do wireless when wired isn't possible.
No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime — your gear and your footage are yours.
We'll look at your cameras together, tell you what's actually working, and quote any improvements in writing. No pressure.
