We keep it online
Updates staged and tested before they hit your house. Integrations watched. Backups automated. If something dies at 2am, the alert goes to us, not you.
Home Assistant is the most powerful smart-home platform on earth — and the most maintenance-hungry. We handle the maintenance, write the automations, and keep your house feeling new for the cost of a streaming bundle.
A managed Home Assistant is more than remote access. We split the work into three problems and solve all three.
Updates staged and tested before they hit your house. Integrations watched. Backups automated. If something dies at 2am, the alert goes to us, not you.
You describe what you want — "lights dim when the TV's on after 8pm," "leak shuts off the main valve" — we build, test, and ship. Each Concierge plan includes 8 credits/month.
The agent is open-source. Your config lives in your private git repo. One click in Home Assistant disconnects us — no holdouts, no holdback. Your home, your rules.
No truck-roll required for setup. We can do this with you on a 30-minute call.
30 minutes on Zoom. We look at your current setup together, list what's working, what's broken, and what you wish your house did. Free, no obligation.
One add-on, one 6-digit pairing code, one private git repo. Five minutes. From this moment we can see health, push backups, and stage updates safely.
Your first automation request goes in. We write it, test it in a sandbox, ship it to your house, and notify you with a diff. Most automations land within 48 hours.
Credits are how we account for automation work. 1 credit ≈ 30 minutes on a templated automation, ~15 minutes on something custom. Roll over 1 month, then expire.
For prosumers who write their own automations.
For homeowners who want it built and run for them.
For AV pros and integrators with multiple sites.
There's also Home Plus at $49/mo (Home + 2 credits) for in-betweeners. Onboarding package $499 — discovery + 5 starter automations. Ask us anything.
Nabu Casa is great for remote access and voice-assistant linking — and it costs $6.50/mo for a reason. It doesn't do monitoring, doesn't do backups you can act on, doesn't do fleet management for installers, and it doesn't write your automations for you. We do all four.
One click in Home Assistant disconnects the agent. Your config + automations + dashboards live in your private git repo, which we hand over in full. Your gear was always yours. The agent is open source if you want to keep using it standalone.
Instance metadata (HA version, integration names + status), backup manifests, alert history, and the automations we write together. We don't store sensor values, camera frames, voice transcripts, or the contents of your automations in our metric DB — those stay on your hardware and in your git repo. Full details in our Privacy Policy when we publish it.
The opposite — we test updates against your specific integration list in a sandbox before they hit your real instance. If a breaking change is coming, we either pin you back or write the migration ourselves. That's the whole point.
No. Your existing Home Assistant Green / Yellow / Pi / NUC / Proxmox setup works fine. We install one add-on. If your hardware is the bottleneck we'll tell you, but we won't sell you boxes you don't need.
About 30 minutes of automator time on a parameterized blueprint, or 15 minutes on something fully custom. A "vacation mode" build is usually 2 credits. A leak-response setup is usually 1. We quote each request before starting so there are no surprises. Unused credits roll forward one month.
$50 refundable deposit holds your slot in the first 30 customers and applies to your first 3 months. We talk first; the deposit comes back to you if it's not a fit.
