If you've already invested in UniFi or Omada hardware, our setup fee drops dramatically (typically $599 BYO instead of $1,499+ full build). The audit tells us exactly what's reusable. We won't sell you boxes you don't need.
Questions
The honest answers.
Why not just call my ISP?
Because they care about whether the modem can ping their server. They don't care that your kid's Switch can't see Mom's laptop. Two different jobs.
Do I have to buy all new gear?
Sometimes. If you have an ISP-supplied gateway and one mesh node, almost certainly. If you have a 4-year-old UniFi setup, maybe just the access points. We'll tell you the truth in the audit.
What gear do you use?
Mostly Ubiquiti UniFi for residential — best price-to-performance, AI Optimizer is genuinely useful, integrates with our Surveillance and Rentals lines. TP-Link Omada when budget matters more than features. Aruba Instant On for small commercial. We're vendor-neutral but UniFi wins most evaluations.
What about my smart-home devices?
They go on their own VLAN, isolated from your laptops and phones. We integrate with our Managed Home Assistant line so the network knows about your devices and vice versa.
Can you handle a home office or small business?
Yes — Maintain tier is built for it. If you have more than ~30 devices, multiple subnets, or VPN needs, we'll quote a Commercial tier separately.
What if I want to manage it myself eventually?
The gear is yours, the controller is yours, the credentials are yours. Cancel anytime, walk away with a working network.
